Photo Guidelines and Examples

Good photos are taken close-up, eyes looking directly into the lens of the camera (not just towards the camera), head positioned straight on, in good lighting, without glasses, and hair not covering the face.

Video Guidelines and Examples

A good video consists of you walking 10 paces away from the camera and then 10 paces back towards the camera. Your entire body from head to toe must be visible. Keep the camera at eye level and walk in good lighting. Please remove any loose clothing like jackets.

Bad Video 1

This video was taken in poor lighting.

Bad Video 2

This video was taken too far away and did not include enough paces.

Bad Video 3

This video was taken while wearing a jacket, which hides aspects of the walk.

In order to provide us with enough time to process your photos and video, please send them to us as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours before your session.
