Frank Hackney has over 25 years of organizational leadership experience. His consulting practices range from executive and team coaching at CapitalOne Financial, Allianz, the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Itron, the NSC and the US Dept. of Health and Human Services, to credit unions, non-profit associations, network information systems companies and university programs. He is regarded as a provocative coach and an engaging facilitator. Frank is known best for his work with individuals and teams in generating future possibilities, and producing effective action. Frank holds a degree in International Relations, and a Masters in Organizational Learning. In 2000 he was certified as an Executive and Ontological Coach.
Connie S. Hackney
Connie Hackney brings a decade of association executive leadership to InnerShift. Her attention to client satisfaction and capacity to connect with clients at a deep level of care and trust is a considerable strength that manifests in highly productive, long-term relationships. Leveraging her capacity to generate powerful business results, Connie supports philanthropic events, is accountable for directing InnerShift's association contract and shares responsibility for coordinating off-site events. She holds a graduate degree in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management has studied the emotional effects of change on organization staff.
